What “covered” means — and what it doesn’t
A market being covered means NodalPulse crawls its source systems daily, extracts structured data from filings, and includes that data in your morning brief and Ask the Record corpus.
It does not mean every filing is fully extracted with equal confidence, or that every state commission within a market’s footprint is crawled. Limitations gives the honest account by market, including publication lags, extraction confidence, and what’s explicitly out of scope.
