Exactly what we cover — and what we don't, yet.
We publish our coverage map and keep it current. Where a surface is live, we say live. Where it's Beta, estimated, enrichment, or phased, the product says so — including a live coverage badge for every PJM state.
| Market | Status | Covered now | Roadmap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Texas — PUCT/ERCOT | Live | Dockets, NPRRs, rate cases; cited 6 AM CT brief; Ask the Record | — (no FERC layer in Texas) |
| California — CAISO | Beta · Free | CAISO filings index + referenced FERC ER/EL dockets + CPUC proceedings (docs.cpuc.ca.gov); structured extraction; initiative-linking; certain deadlines + estimated-badged protest windows. Free during Beta. | Notice-confirmed deadlines; deeper stakeholder-initiative extraction. $249/mo at GA. |
| PJM — Mid-Atlantic/Midwest | Beta · Free | FERC-primary + Independent Market Monitor + stakeholder/auction calendar; RPM/RTEP structured fields; per-state coverage badges. Free during Beta. | State commissions in waves (PA/NJ/MD/VA → OH/IL → rest); PJM library integration; Notice-confirmed deadlines. $249/mo at GA. |
| Cross-jurisdictional | Beta | Aggregation across the markets you subscribe to; matters threaded across systems | Deeper auto-linking as extraction matures |
| NERC reliability | Roadmap | The NERC-in-FERC slice already arrives via the FERC adapter | nerc.net + regional-entity coverage as a tracked intelligence domain |
Per-state PJM badges
Every PJM state shows its own status badge on the PJM page. We'd rather show an honest badge than imply uniform coverage. Launch is complete on FERC + Market Monitor + stakeholder. State commissions ship by ICP concentration: PA/NJ/MD/VA first → OH/IL → the rest.
NERC reliability as intelligence
The NERC-in-FERC slice (NERC filings in FERC eLibrary) already arrives via the shared FERC adapter. The full NERC coverage domain — nerc.net, regional entities — is roadmap, not current. We track reliability as a regulatory intelligence domain, not as a management or reporting system.
Beta = Free
California and PJM are free during their Beta period — no credit card required, no time limit. At general availability, each region is $249/mo (Pro) or +$49/mo added to an existing plan. If a committed coverage date slips, we extend your access — you don't pay for a promise we missed. We'll notify you before any charge applies.
