Free trial

All markets start with a free trial on the Pro plan. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue or your account pauses.

For current plan names, prices, and what each plan includes, see Pricing. That page is the source of truth for numbers. This article describes the flow.

Choosing a plan

During or after your trial, go to account settings → Plans to select a paid plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add a market region at any time. Changes take effect immediately; billing adjusts pro-rata for the remainder of the period.

Managing your subscription

Plan changes, payment method updates, and invoice downloads are handled through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from account settings → Billing.

For billing disputes or refund requests, email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue.

Cancelling

Cancel from account settings → Billing → Cancel plan, or directly through the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until then. No cancellation fees.
